Inspired by the belief that art is a powerful communicator and intimately entwined with the human condition, Peace in 10,000 Hands is a global initiative to photograph an ancient symbol of peace in the hands of 10,000 people from every country on the planet with the intent to create a visual provocation through contemporary artwork to invigorate the global conversation for peace.

A global art project for peace

Through this initiative, we aim to raise $100M to support charities, foundations and projects around the world dedicated to fostering peace through youth education, safety and climate action.

All proceeds from the sale of Peace in 10,000 Hands artworks and merchandise goes toward providing humanitarian aid, building awareness, and furthering the photography project.
